I just had to make a little cake for Thanksgiving, but wanted it easy and fun! So I grabbed a mini cake from Trader Joe’s and created Snoopy’s Thanksgiving Dinner from “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving”. It has all of Snoopy’s gourmet main courses like, popcorn, pretzels, jelly beans and toast! (I used French Toast Crunch cereal for the mini size toast). Placed all on white candy wafer “plates” and a graham cracker table, this fabulous feast turned out so cute!

You will need:

1 Trader Joe’s Mini Cake (any flavor)
White round candy melts
Mini jelly beans
Pretzel sticks
Popcorn
1 full size Graham cracker
4 Caramel squares
Orange frosting
1 candy pumpkin
Mini fall leaf sprinkles (optional)
Woodstock (optional)
First spread the frosting smooth on the cake using a knife or offset spatula.

Using a 1M piping tip, pipe a border around the cake with orange frosting.

Next take 4 white round candy melts and place upside down for the plates. Break off small pieces of popcorn and attach to one of the candy plates using melted candy melts as the glue (melt candy coating according to package instructions).

Now attach the jelly beans to one of the plates with the candy coating.

Then break the pretzel sticks into small pieces and attach to the candy plates with the melted candy coating.

Stack the mini toast cereal and attach with the melted candy coating in between the toast. Attach to the plate.

Now turn the graham cracker upside down and attach the caramel squares for the legs using the melted candy coating.

Next turn the table right side up and attach the plates, candy pumpkin and the fall leaf sprinkles with the melted candy coating.

Place the table on top of the cake. Put the hat on top of Snoopy and place on cake (both the chef hat and Snoopy can be found on Amazon).

Finally place Woodstock on top of cake!
Sprinkle the mini fall leaf sprinkles on top of the border if desired.

Now you have the CUTEST Thanksgiving cake that was so fun to make and both kids and adults will absolutely love! This makes a great Thanksgiving activity too where everyone can decorate their own cake!
