It’s finally sweater weather! When I saw the new Snoopy The Great Pumpkin Bundt Cake and Glaze Mix from Duncan Hines, I just had to make a Snoopy Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake for fall! This cake mix is super simple to make and everything came together so easily! We just love the pumpkin spice flavor along with the yummy, not too sweet glaze. It’s perfect with a cup of coffee or tea!

You will need:

1 (20.53 oz. box) Snoopy The Great Pumpkin Bundt Cake & Glaze Mix
4 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup water
Chocolate pumpkins (from Trader Joe’s harvest collection chocolates)
Leaf icing cake decorations (I purchased mine from Hobby Lobby but you can find similar ones on Amazon)
Snoopy (I purchased him on Amazon here)
2 TB water for the glaze
Cooking spray
*optional a sock to make a cute sweater for Snoopy and a mini coffee cup
Directions for Snoopy Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake:
First empty the contents of the cake mix in a large mixing bowl.

Add the eggs, oil and water in the bowl

With a hand mixer, blend everything together according to package instructions.

Heavily coat the bundt pan with cooking spray. I mean REALLY coat this well!! There’s nothing worse than having your cake stick to the pan when you flip it. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F according to package instructions.
Let cool for 15 minutes on a wire rack.

Flip the cake onto your cake plate and let cool completely.

For the glaze:
Place the glaze mix into a medium bowl.

Add 2 TB water and stir until thoroughly combined.

Spoon the glaze onto the cake.

Cut the top off of a sock and cut to fit Snoopy. Attach to Snoopy using a glue gun. Glue the mini coffee cup to Snoopy’s hand.

Place Snoopy on top of the cake.

Finally, place the chocolate pumpkins and icing leaves around the cake.

Now you have the SWEETEST SNOOPY PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE! This is the easiest cake I’ve ever made and the glaze came out perfectly too!

This cake is moist and fluffy and the glaze is not too sweet. It’s just perfect with a cup of coffee or tea!
