“It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” is my absolute favorite Halloween movie. I have watched it every year since I was a kid so when I saw these cute cupcake toppers on Amazon, I just had to make Great Pumpkin Cupcakes! They were so easy to decorate and they turned out so great! Fun fact- this year we celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the movie!

You will need:
24 cupcakes
Orange frosting (homemade or store-bought)
Great Pumpkin Cupcake rings (found here on Amazon)
1M piping tip and disposable icing piping bag
I found these Peanuts cupcake wrappers at TJ Maxx a few years ago, but these picket fence cupcake wrappers from Amazon would work too!
Directions for Great Pumpkin Cupcakes:
First frost the top of the cupcakes with the orange frosting using a 1M piping tip. (If you are using store-bought frosting, a little trick is to mix a few tablespoons of powdered confectioner’s sugar into the frosting with a hand mixer to get it to piping consistency.)
For the Snoopy cupcakes, add fall sprinkles and the Snoopy ring to the top of the frosted cupcakes.
For the Linus & Sally cupcakes, add 2 or 3 of the candy pumpkins and the Linus and Sally ring on top of the frosted cupcakes.
Finally, sprinkle some red pearl sprinkles and add the Lucy and Snoopy ring on top of the frosted cupcakes.
These are such cute cupcake toppers. They are actually rings so kids (and adults) can wear them after eating the cupcake! I love how Snoopy rises up out of the pumpkin patch! The Oooooo sound is so funny. It’s my favorite part of the movie!
When Linus faints and Sally says “All I saw was a BEAGLE” I laugh every time, it’s hilarious!
Lucy running around asking for disinfectant and iodine because she touched dog lips still makes me giggle every time!

Super cute and easy Great Pumpkin Cupcakes to celebrate Halloween while watching "It's a Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown"
Ingredients
- 24 cupcakes
- Orange frosting (homemade or store-bought)
- Great Pumpkin Cupcake rings
- Candy Mallo Pumpkins
- Red pearl sprinkles
- Fall leaf sprinkles
- 1M piping tip and disposable icing piping bag
