Graduation Diploma Macarons are a MUST at your grad’s big celebration! Store-bought or homemade macarons can be all glammed up for the party, and it’s so easy to do!

You will need:
Macarons
White fondant
Piping tip or small round fondant cutter
Edible gold pearl dust
Vanilla extract or vodka
Food safe paint brush
White icing
Roll out a small amount of fondant

Cut a circle out of the fondant using a piping tip or small round fondant cutter

Roll up the fondant circle into a diploma shape.

Roll a small piece of fondant into a rope

Cross over one end of the fondant to the middle to form a loop.

Repeat with the other end so it looks like a bow.

Wrap a small piece of fondant around the middle of the diploma.

Place the bow on top

Mix a little vanilla extract or vodka with the gold edible pearl dust.

Brush on the gold mixture with a food safe paint brush onto the ribbon.

Attach the diploma to the top of the macaron with icing. You may also brush the DRY pearl dust on top of the cookie for extra shimmer!

- Roll out a small amount of fondant into a rope.
- Cross one end of the fondant over to form a loop.
- hen cross the other end of the fondant over to form another loop so it looks like a bow.
- Wind a small piece of fondant around the middle of the diploma. Place the bow on top.
- Mix a small amount of vanilla extract or vodka with the gold pearl dust.
- Brush on the gold mixture onto the diploma ribbon.
- Attach the diploma to the center of the cookie with white icing.
*You may brush the top of the macaron with dry edible gold pearl dust to make the cookie shimmer.
