You will need:
- 1 (six inch) layered cake
- White buttercream frosting
- White fondant
- Snowflake fondant cutters
- Edible glitter dust
- Red pearl sprinkles
- Light blue fondant
- #32 piping tip
- 1M piping tip

- Wooden skewers, pom poms, baking string (Optional)

Frost cake with buttercream. Roll-out light blue fondant and wrap around the side of the cake. Pipe a rim around the top of the cake using the #32 piping tip.
Roll-out white fondant and cut out snowflake shapes. Dust with edible glitter dust.
Attach the snow flakes around the side of the cake using buttercream.
Place red pearl sprinkles around the top rim of the cake. Pipe on a large rosette using buttercream in the middle of the cake using the 1M piping tip.
Push the Rudolph Pop into the center of the cake.
Add the pom pom banner if desired.

Ingredients

Instructions
Frost cake with buttercream. Roll-out light blue fondant and wrap around the side of the cake. Pipe a rim around the top of the cake using the #32 piping tip.
Roll-out white fondant and cut out snowflake shapes. Dust with edible glitter dust.

Place red pearl sprinkles around the top rim of the cake. Pipe on a large rosette using buttercream in the middle of the cake using the 1M piping tip.
Push the Rudolph Pop into the center of the cake.
