Rudolph surprise inside cupcakes are super easy to make using R.M. Palmer Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer milk chocolate flavored candies!
When the confetti sprinkles that look like Rudolph’s nose inside the cupcake spill out, your kiddos will be amazed!

I just love how many cute Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer characters come in a bag! They make decorating SO FUN!
You will need:
- One bag of R.M. Palmer Rudolph Molded Shapes Double Crisp candies
- Your choice of cupcakes, any flavor (I used vanilla)
- Red, green and white buttercream frosting (Get my recipe here)
- Confetti sprinkles
- Red round sprinkles
- Mellon Baller or knife
With a mellon baller or knife scoop out the middle of the cupcake making sure you do not go all way to the bottom.
Next, fill the cupcake with the sprinkles.
Then, place the cupcake core on top.
Next, frost the cupcake, I used a #1M piping tip.
Now place one of the Rudolph Double Crisp candies by R.M. Palmer on top!
Look how adorable!
Now you have the best (and cutest) cupcake of the Season!
