Nutty Buddy Cheesecake Dip

This Nutty Buddy Cheesecake Dip is ALWAYS the first to go at any party! Everyone loves Little Debbie Nutty Buddy Wafer Cookies and this recipe is just irresistible! Use your favorite fruit, cracker, pretzels or a Nutty Butter Wafer Cookie to scoop up this fluffy, delicious dip. Perfect for picnics, potlucks, movie night or even for watching the big game. It only takes minutes to make and it’s so easy! I usually double or triple this recipe for a crowd, it’s always a hit!

You will need:

1 (12 oz.) box Little Debbie Nutty Buddy Wafer Cookies

8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup chopped Nutty Buddies

More Chopped Nutty Buddies, mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts for garnish if desired.

Directions for Nutty Buddy Cheesecake Dip:

First add the softened cream cheese and peanut butter into a medium mixing bowl and then using a hand mixer, mix together the peanut butter and cream cheese.

Next add in the powdered sugar and vanilla.

Now mix until creamy.

Then add the thawed Cool Whip.

Fold in the Cool Whip until well incorporated.

Chop Nutty Buddies into small bite sized pieces to equal about a half cup.

Now fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped Nutty Buddies.

Transfer to a serving dish and add more chopped Nutty Buddies, mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts for garnish if desired.
