New Year’s Rockin’ Popcorn

Rock your popcorn for New Year’s by coating them with Pop Rocks candies!  It makes a perfect treat for your party! (Printable recipe below)

You will need:

• 1 bag microwave popcorn
• white candy melts
• 2 or 3 packs of Strawberry Pop Rocks candies

1.  Prepare popcorn according to package instructions.  Spread out popcorn on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

2.  Melt candy coating according to package instructions.  Drizzle over the popcorn.

3.  Immediately sprinkle the Strawberry Pop Rocks on top of the candy coated popcorn.

4.  Allow to dry.  Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
