These Mini Valentine Candy Box Cakes are so cute! And because they are made from chocolate Little Debbie Valentine Snack Cakes, they’re super easy to make too! (Printable recipe below)
Adorable mini cakes that are so fun to make, and simple too since there is no baking required!
You will need:
- 1 box chocolate Little Debbie Be My Valentine Snack Cakes
- Red fondant
- Heart cookie cutter
- Chocolate frosting
- Gold pearl sprinkles
- Small candies like Junior Mints, Tootsie Rolls & Caramels
*heart sprinkles, red candy coating & white chocolate chips optional
- Unwrap the chocolate Little Debbie Valentine Snack Cakes
- Roll out red fondant and cut out a heart shape using the heart cookie cutter.
- Place a little frosting on the bottom of the cake and place on top of the fondant heart.
- Cut a 1”x7” strip of fondant.
- Wrap the fondant strip around the snack cake.
- Cut another heart shape out of the red fondant using the heart cookie cutter. Using a knife or pizza cutter, softly make lines in a diagonal pattern on the fondant heart.
- Attach gold pearl sprinkles to the top of the heart with the red candy coating
- Make cute small candy chocolates out of Junior Mints, Tootsie Rolls & Caramels.
- Attach a heart sprinkle to the top of the Junior Mint with frosting.
- Soften the Tootsie Roll in the microwave for about 8 seconds and shape into an oval. Then Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the oval chocolate
- Soften the caramel and cut in half. Shape into a small square. Using a fondant shaper or knife, make a design on top of the caramel if desired.
Attach mini candies on top of the cake with frosting.

Instructions

2. Roll out red fondant and cut out a heart shape using the heart cookie cutter.
3. Place a little frosting on the bottom of the cake and place on top of the fondant heart.

8. Attach gold pearl sprinkles to the top of the heart with the red candy coating. Let dry 24 hours.
9. Make cute small candy chocolates out of Junior Mints, Tootsie Rolls & Caramels.
