This is THE BEST Late Night Snack. Peanut butter coated Ruffles potato chips on top of jam and buttery toast. This snack made by @seattlehanddoc (Wayne & Nancy) went viral on social media and it’s obvious why! We absolutely loved it and I decided to make a mini fun size party version.

You will need:

Baguette, sliced
Butter, melted
1 ½ cups Creamy peanut butter
Jam (your favorite flavor)
1 bag Ruffles potato chips
Directions for Late Night Snack:
Using a serrated knife, cut the baguette into 1/3 inch slices, brush with melted butter.

Arrange on cookie sheet and place in oven. Boil for a minute or so, keep an eye on them so they’re lightly toasted.

Spread a generous amount of jam on each piece of toast.

Melt your favorite creamy peanut butter in the microwave for about a minute. Stir and if it’s still not pourable, heat for another 15-30 seconds.

Empty the bag of chips into a large bowl.

Pour the melted peanut butter over the chips.

Stir with a large spoon. until all of the chips are coated. You can break some pieces up while mixing too so they’ll fit on top of the toast.

Place a spoonful of chips on top of the jam.

In the video on social media, Seattle Hand Doc used a large piece of toast and cut it in half.

You will have a lot of leftover peanut butter coated chips. Trust me, you’ll want these just to snack on. Top them with apple slices, mini chocolate chips, honey, banana slices etc.

These little snacks are great for movie night, Netflix binges, cute appetizers for a party, for watching the big game, tailgating, sleepovers, even a great after school snack! Great for kids to make in the dorm too!

Thanks Seattle Hand Doc!
