You will need:
- Oreo Cookies
- White candy coating
- White fondant
- Edible Gold pearl dust
- Graduation fondant mold
- Vanilla extract
- Food safe brush
- Gold sprinkles (if desired)

Melt Candy Coating according to package instruction. Dip Oreo in the melted coating and lift out with fork. Tap the edge of the bowl to remove excess.
Plaace dipped Oreos on parchment paper to dry. (Sprinkle with gold sprinkles before dry if desired)
Press a small amount of fondant in the “graduate” mold.
Pop out the fondant and let dry overnight.
Mix a little vanilla extract (or vodka) with the edible gold pearl dust.
Brush on the dried graduate fondant with the gold using a food safe brush.
Attach the fondant to the cookie with a little candy coating.
