You will need:
20 mini brownie bites (I used Entemann’s store-bought brownie bites)
20 strawberries
1 container white frosting
20 mini pink Starburst candies
#21 Wilton star icing piping tip
1 disposable piping bag
20 snowflake sprinkles (optional)
MY AMAZON PICKS (affiliate links):
First, slice the tops off of the strawberries and place cut side down on a paper towel to dry.
Next, roll the Starburst minis into small balls for the nose. It might be easier to do this if you heat them up in the microwave for 4 or 5 seconds ONLY!
Then pipe the frosting on the top of the brownie and make a little triangle down one side of the brownie for a beard.
Now place the strawberry on top of the frosting and put the nose right under the strawberry.
Finally, using a toothpick dipped in frosting you can attach a snowflake sprinkle to the strawberry hat if desired.
Now you have the cutest gnome brownie bites ever! Perfect for a Christmas edible craft for a classroom party for kids
