You will need:

1 box soft frozen pretzels
Dry salami
Cheese (I used Colby and white cheddar)
Green grapes
Raspberries
Blackberries
Fresh Rosemary sprigs
Directions for Football Charcuterie Pretzels:
Prepare the pretzels according to package instructions. Cool completely before assembly.
Fold one piece of salami in half.

Then fold the salami again into fourths.

Skewer the salami on the football food pick.

Repeat with 2 more pieces of salami.
Cut the Colby cheese into cubes.

Using a small star cookie cutter, cut out star shapes from the white cheddar cheese.

Assemble the cheese on one side of the pretzel, the fruit on the other side and stick the salami skewer in the middle of the pretzel. Add a sprig of rosemary for garnish.
You can use whatever fruits, cheeses, veggies, nuts or meats you like. Mix them up and offer a variety of combinations.
Try using:
- Dried apricots
- Brie
- Apple slices
- Olives
- Pistachios
- Prosciutto
- Pickles
- Mozzarella pearls
- Pepperoni
- Gouda
- Manchego
- Figs
- Pecans
- Almonds

These make great appetizers for watching the game! Fun handheld pretzel serves as a plate for your charcuterie meats, cheeses and fruits! You can also slice up Kielbasa and use that instead of salami. Make it your own and add your favorite cheeses, fruits and veggies. Serve a nice stone ground mustard on the side.
