Ribbon (I bought this at Dollar Tree)
Tags (free printable tags below)
Cardstock for tags
Hole punch & scissors

Directions:
Fill the middle of the whisk with the Hershey’s Kisses
Download and print off the tags. Cut them out and use a hole punch to loop the ribbon through.
Tie the tag to the root beer or the whisk
