You will need:

½ cup Calypso Blue Lemonade
1 cup Sprite or 7-Up
3 TB Heavy whipping cream
1 TB Coconut syrup
2 TB Milk (2% or whole)
½ cup ice
Gummi Sharks
10 oz. glass
*If you want an adult cocktail version, add 2 oz. of lemon vodka to the blue lemonade
Handheld frother (optional)
Mini ice cube molds (my absolute favorite from Amazon)
Directions for Coconut Cloud Shark Drink:
First place ice in the glass. This mini ice cubes are THE BEST! I purchased the molds from Amazon and I love these tiny little cubes in all of my drinks! They’re so cute!

Next pour in the blue lemonade.

Now pour in the Sprite

In a small container, using a handheld frother, mix together the heavy cream, milk and coconut syrup about 30 seconds. If you don’t have a frother, then place into a jar with a lid and shake for about 45 seconds.

Pour the cold foam on top of your drink (if it’s too thick just thin it out with a splash of milk)

Place a couple of gummi sharks on top and enjoy!

This is a fun little treat for the summer. Kids and adults will love this! Great without the cold foam on top too.
