You will need:
½ medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 Tb butter
2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 (10.5 oz) cans Double Noodle soup, undiluted
½ cup milk
3 cups cooked chicken
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
½ tsp poultry seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Cooking spray
Chopped Parsley optional

1 (8-10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits (I used the flaky)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a skillet, sauté onion and celery until just tender.
Now, add the soups and milk and stir until combined.
Next, add the chicken and seasonings, heat thoroughly.
Pour mixture into a 9×13 casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray
Arrange biscuits on top.
Then, bake for 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are golden and done.
