You will need:

  • Bunny cookie cutter
  • Carrot cookie cutter
  • Black, orange & green edible food marker
  1.  Roll out dough and cut out bunny and carrot shapes using cookie cutters.
  2.  Bake according to your recipe. Let cool completely.

Royal icing recipe:

  • 3 tablespoons meringue powder
  •  4 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
  •  6 tablespoons water
  1.  Beat all ingredients at low speed for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until icing forms peaks.
  2.  Mix in food coloring gel to get the color you want.  (I use a toothpick full. A little goes a long way)
  3.  This icing hardens quickly so be sure to keep the icing covered with a wet towel or place in plastic bag.

  1. Pipe orange icing onto the carrot bottoms. Let harden about 30 minutes until set.

2.  Pipe green icing onto the carrot tops. Let dry completely (I let mine harden overnight).
