These Back to School Granola Bars are the perfect way to start the first day of school! We dressed up our favorite Oats & Honey Chewy Granola Bars from Sunbelt Bakery for a fun school-themed treat. Great for breakfast or an after school snack, these will earn you an A plus!

Pair these with a yogurt parfait filled with fresh berries and a crumbled Sunbelt Bakery chewy granola bar!

You will need:

1 ( 9.5 oz. box) Sunbelt Bakery Oats & Honey Chewy Granola Bars
Chocolate chips
Yellow fruit roll (lemon or mango flavor)
Watermelon
Directions for Back to School Granola Bars:
First cut the tip of the granola bar on each side to resemble the point of a pencil.

Now melt some of the chocolate chips, reserving 10 for the tips of the granola bar pencils. Attach the chocolate chip pencil tip to the granola bar using the melted chocolate.

Next cut the fruit roll into thin strips using a pizza cutter, knife of kitchen scissors.

Place 3 strips on top of the granola bar so it resembles a pencil.

Then cut a small rectangle out of the watermelon for the eraser and place at the end of the granola bar pencil.

Now you have a fun and healthy way to start the first day or school! It makes a great after school snack too! They are really easy to make and is a fun after school activity for the kids to create and then eat!

You can also pack these in a lunch box too! They would be a great surprise for a child of any age!
