I had such a great crop of cherry tomatoes this summer in my garden, along with basil and chives!

You will need:

2 (5.3 oz.) packages of Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese
16 oz. of Farfalle Pasta (or any kind of your favorite pasta)
Approximately 2 pints of cherry tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried chili flake (optional)
Chopped fresh chives (optional)
Fresh basil (optional)
Fresh shaved parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions for the Viral TikTok Boursin Cheese Pasta:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Unwrap and place the 2 packages of Boursin Cheese in the middle of the baking dish.

Next wash and place the cherry tomatoes in the baking dish around the cheese.

Add 4 cloves of peeled garlic (or you can finely mince the garlic, I keep mine whole to prevent burning and squeeze through a press after baking and before mixing in the pasta).

Drizzle everything with olive oil, I used a good amount, probably 1/3 cup.

Sprinkle the basil, parsley and salt and pepper to taste on top of everything.
Add the dried chili flake (optional).

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tomatoes are bursting.
Meanwhile, prepare the pasta according to package instructions.

Drain the pasta and save ½ cup of the pasta water.

Remove from oven and immediately burst the tomatoes by pressing them with the back of a fork.

Mix everything together. (If your garlic doesn’t mash with a fork, chop or run it through a press).

Add the drained pasta and pasta water and stir until everything is combined.

Garnish with fresh chopped chives, shaved parmesan and fresh basil if desired.

This was the perfect summer dish using fresh tomatoes, basil and chives from my garden. It’s also a comfort meal any time of year. Nice enough for company, everyone just loves this dish. I served it along side of homemade Texas Toast and we didn’t even miss not having a protien. You can easily add grilled chicken, shrimp or salmon to this dish for a heartier meal.
