This copycat Masters Egg Salad Sandwich tastes just like the original! My husband has been a member of the PGA for the last 30 years and one of his membership perks is he is able to attend the Masters tournament every year in Augusta Georgia! He loves the egg salad and the pimento cheese sandwiches (and the BBQ pork of course)! This egg salad sandwich recipe is almost the same as my Mom’s egg salad sandwich recipe! Only 4 ingredients, this is great for your Masters Golf Tournament Watch Party or anytime!

You will need:

6 large eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp yellow mustard
White bread
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions for The Masters Egg Salad Sandwich:
First boil the eggs for 20 minutes. Remove and put into bowl of ice water. Let cool completely.
Next peel eggs and chop fine.

Now add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.

Mix until thoroughly combined.

Spread egg salad mixture on a piece of white bread. Top with another slice of bread.

Cut the sandwich diagonally

For smaller sandwiches, slice diagonally again.

Now you have the PERFECT copycat Masters Egg Salad Sandwich. Creamy and delicious and so easy to make. Using only 4 ingredients, everyone will love these! You can just cut the sandwiches in half diagonally, but I like to make them into smaller sandwiches. You can slice them into finger sandwiches and cut the crusts off too!

I like to make the sandwiches smaller so everyone can have a sampling of the egg salad sandwich, the pimento cheese sandwich and the BBQ pork sandwich all on one plate!
