This year is the Year of the Horse so I had to create something to celebrate the Lunar New Year! I have made a variation of these cookies in the past when Pepperidge Farm used to sell all chocolate Milano Cookies, these tan horse cookies are just as cute! You’ll love how fun and easy these are to make and they are no-bake too!
