These Teddy Bear Brownie Bites are SO CUTE! Super easy to make and THE BEST brownie recipe ever (see below). They are perfect for a Teddy Bear tea party or Teddy Bear Picnic! Kids will have fun decorating these sweet treats too!
If you are short on time, just buy the mini brownies from your local grocery store bakery or I like Entenmann’s brownie bites and get to decorating!

YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Pink buttercream frosting
24 teddy bear graham crackers
Black edible food coloring marker
Heart sprinkles
Mini cupcake liners
Mini cupcake muffin pan
For the frosting:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
2 Tb heavy cream
Pink food coloring
Wilton #1M piping tip
1 disposable piping bag

DIRECTIONS FOR TEDDY BEAR BROWNIE BITES:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place mini cupcake liners into mini muffin pans and set aside. Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla with a spoon into a large bowl.
Add eggs and beat well. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add the flour mixture into the egg mixture until completely blended. Bake 20-25 minutes and let cool completely.
For frosting, cream butter with mixer until fluffy. Beat in powdered sugar a little at a time until fluffy and completely incorporated. Mix in vanilla.
Add in the heavy cream and beat until fluffy and smooth, about 3 minutes.
Frost each brownie with pink buttercream using a Wilton #1M piping tip.
Using the edible black food marker, draw faces on the graham cracker bears.
With a toothpick dipped in a little frosting, attach a heart sprinkle to the center of each graham cracker bear.
Place 1 bear on top of each frosted brownie.
