It’s hard to improve on my all-time favorite Little Debbie Cherry Cordial Snack Cakes, but I had a fun time trying to make them cute for the winter season! These Sweet Snow Globe Snack Cakes were so fun to make and there’s no decorating skills required! Great activity for the kids on a snow day, everyone will love these adorable creations!

You will need:
1 (10.5 oz.) box Little Debbie Cherry Cordials Snack Cakes
White frosting
White sparkling sugar sprinkles
16 mini marshmallows
Black and orange edible food markers
Snowflake sprinkles and icing decorations
Fresh rosemary (optional)
2.75” Clear fillable ornaments (4 ornaments, halved)
First spread the white frosting on top of the Cherry Cordial Snack Cake
Next sprinkle the sparkling sugar sprinkles on top of the frosting.
Draw the nose and eyes on one of the mini marshmallows using the black and orange edible markers.
Then attach the head of the snowman to another mini marshmallow for the body using a little frosting.
Place the snowman in the middle of the Cherry Cordial Snack Cake and decorate with the snowflake sprinkles and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Top with half of the clear ornament.
Now you have the sweetest little snow globe snack cake!
You can create so many cute snow scenes with these snow globe snack cakes! Try making an snowy forest with rosemary trees and sprinkle a little confectioners sugar on top, or make a little marshmallow polar bear or penguin to set in the middle of the cake. Use your imagination and create your own sweet snowy scene!

Sweet Snow Globe Snack Cakes
Adorable no bake Snow Globe Snack Cakes. No decorating skills required!

- White frosting

Instructions
- First spread the white frosting on top of the Cherry Cordial Snack Cake
- Next sprinkle the sparkling sugar sprinkles on top of the frosting.
