You will need:
1 ½ lbs. ground beef
½ onion, diced
2 (24 oz.) jars Prego Spaghetti Sauce (I use traditional)
5 cups shredded mozzarella
1 (9 oz.) box Oven ready lasagna noodles
Directions for Super Easy Lasagna:
First brown ground beef and diced onion in a frying pan until done.
Next pour the 2 jars of sauce into the pan and mix together.
Then pour 1 cup of the sauce mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
Now layer 4 noodles on top of the meat mixture.
Then spread out ½ of the meat mixture on top of the noodles
Next, sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese on top of the meat mixture.
Now repeat the noodle, sauce and cheese layers.
Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees F for ½ hour and remove the foil. Bake for 15 minutes more until the cheese on top is golden and bubbly.
Now you have the best family dinner! Perfect for a crowd too.
