These adorable little muffin bites have BIG FLAVOR! Strawberry Lemonade Mini Muffins are a crowd pleaser for brunch or breakfast! They make the perfect picnic snack too! Great for Easter brunch, a 4th of July picnic or any time!
You will need:
1 (8.44 oz.) box Little Debbie Strawberry Mini Muffins
1 can lemon pie filling or lemon curd
Melon baller or knife
Fresh strawberries, lemon and mint (optional)
Directions for Strawberry Lemonade Mini Muffins:
Scoop out the middle of the strawberry muffin being careful not to go all the way to the bottom.
With a spoon or a piping bag, fill the muffin with the lemon pie filling.
Cut small slices of strawberry and lemon for garnish if desired
Top the muffin with a tiny slice of lemon and strawberry
Add a small mint leaf to make it adorable

- 1 (8.44 oz.) box Little Debbie Strawberry Mini Muffins
- 1 can lemon pie filling or lemon curd
