You will need:

12 orange candy coated sunflower seeds
lollipop sticks
12 regular size Oreos
1 (16-oz.) can of white frosting
12 Rolo candies, 12 count, unwrapped
large blue snowflake sprinkles
small white snowflake sprinkles
Directions for Snowman Marshmallow Pops:
Using the black edible marker, make two dots for eyes on the flat round end of a marshmallow.
Make 6 dots for the mouth with the black edible marker.
Push the blunt end of the orange sunflower seed into the marshmallow for the nose. It may be helpful to make a small hole first with a toothpick.
Push a lollipop stick into the bottom of the marshmallow.
Separate an Oreo cookie and use the part without the filling. Frost the top of the marshmallow and place the cookie part of the Oreo on top.
Place a little bit of frosting on the top of a Rolo candy and attach it upside down on top of the Oreo cookie.
Using a small amount of frosting on a toothpick, secure the snowflake sprinkles to the Oreo hat.
