This Snoopy Peppermint Bark turned out SO CUTE! I just love making Peppermint Bark for the holidays and this was so fun and festive with my favorite, Snoopy! I purchased these special edition Pepperidge Farm Snoopy Goldfish Peppermint Cocoa grahams from my local grocery store, and they just made this peppermint bark extra adorable!

You will need:

16 oz. chopped milk chocolate, milk chocolate candy melts or milk chocolate chips
16 oz. chopped white chocolate, white candy melts or white chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Pepperidge Farm Snoopy Goldfish Peppermint Cocoa Grahams
Crushed candy canes
Peppermint Andes mint bits
Peppermint mini marshmallows
Assorted Christmas Sprinkles
Parchment Paper
Cookie Sheet
Directions for Snoopy Peppermint Bark:
Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler or according to package instructions until smooth and creamy. Mix in the peppermint extract. Spread on parchment lined cookie sheet. Let sit but not set up. The milk chocolate must still be soft and tacky when adding the white chocolate on top.

Melt the white chocolate and spread over the milk chocolate layer white the milk chocolate is still soft and tacky or the layers will not stick together when broken into pieces.
Immediately sprinkle the white chocolate layer with the Snoopy Cookies, marshmallows, candy and sprinkles

Let set for about an hour or until hardened and break into pieces.

Now you have the cutest Peppermint bark! This makes a great gift too. Just break into pieces and place into a cellophane bag tied with a pretty ribbon for gift giving for neighbors, friends, family, teachers, co-workers or as a hostess gift!

This was super fun to make, and kids will enjoy helping too!
