You will need:
6 Hostess Pink Snoballs Snack Cakes
Black Frosting (you can get my recipe here)
Mini heart and oval cutters
Pink fondant
Fondant rolling pin
Toothpick
#1 piping tip and piping bag

DIRECTIONS FOR SNACK CAKE PIGS
Roll out fondant with fondant rolling pin and cut out 12 mini oval shapes and 24 heart shapes using the mini cutters.
Using a toothpick make 2 little holes in the oval shape for the snout of the pig.
Make the frosting according to recipe (you may want to reserve a little white frosting for later and color the rest) and add black food coloring until you have a nice black color. Place icing into the piping bag fitted with a #1 piping tip and pipe on the eyes on the snack cake.
Attach the ears and nose to the snack cake with a little frosting (you can use the black or use white frosting if you didn’t color the whole batch)
you can even make a little curly tail with the fondant too!

These are my husband’s favorite snack cake, the chocolate cupcake filled with vanilla cream and covered with marshmallow and coconut. I love the pretty pink color and thought they would make such cute little piggy cakes! So much easier than making cupcakes. They would looks so cute on top of a round chocolate cake too!

- Black Frosting (you can get my best buttercream recipe on PartyPinching.com)
- Mini heart and oval cutters
- Pink fondant
- Fondant rolling pin

Instructions
