One of my hubby’s all time favorites, this Slow Cooker Brown Gravy Meatballs recipe is so easy to make I just love it when he asks for it! Serves a crowd so great meal for holidays, game day or a potluck at church or a picnic. Everyone loves this meal and it is really kid friendly too. Takes just 4 ingredients, a true dump and go slow cooker crock pot recipe!

This is a great comfort meal served over mashed potatoes or along side a baked potato. We prefer it over rice or noodles, and it’s a great meal for after the kids’ school or sports activities. Just dump in the crockpot and go! You’ll come home to the best meal and the meatballs only take about 3 minutes to prepare!

You will need:

1 (0.87 oz.) packet of beef gravy mix (I use McCormick’s less sodium brown gravy mix)
28 oz. package frozen Homestyle meatballs (not Italian)
1 cup beef broth
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Directions for Slow Cooker Brown Gravy Meatballs:
First place the meatballs in the slow cooker

Next mix together the beef gravy mix packet, 1 cup of beef broth and cream of mushroom soup in a medium bowl.

Then pour the mixture over the meatballs.

Put the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.

Now you have the best slow cooker brown gravy meatballs! Serve this over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles with some green peas, asparagus or a side salad. It’s comfort food at it’s finest! This makes a great game day appetizer too!
