YOU WILL NEED:
3 lb. pork shoulder
½ yellow onion, diced
½ cup light brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1 ¼ TB chili powder
1 tsp ground dry mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ c white or apple cider vinegar
6 oz. can tomato paste

DIRECTIONS FOR SLOW COOKER BBQ PULLED PORK:
Place the pork in the bottom of the crock pot
Dice the onion and sprinkle around the meat in the slow cooker
Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl
Spread on top of the pork.
Cover and cook on high 7-8 hours.
After 7 or 8 hours, remove the pork
Shred the meat using a fork and place back into the slow cooker.
Cook for an additional 15 minutes so the meat soaks up the juices.

Super Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork
This slow cooker BBQ Pulled Pork recipe is so super easy to make using just a few ingredients you probably already have in your pantry! Just place in your crock pot and after a few hours you have AMAZING BBQ!
Ingredients
- 3 lb. pork shoulder
