Pumpkin Spice Donut
For the Pumpkin Spice donut, I decided to add a little green leaf using a leaf piping tip and a little green buttercream frosting. I placed a small bit of a cinnamon stick in the middle of the mini donut and it looks just like a pumpkin! Pair it with a yummy Pumpkin Spice Latte topped with whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice and a cinnamon stick and then you have the perfect match.
Caramel Cheesecake Pumpkin Spice Donut
For the caramel cheesecake pumpkin spice donut I simply piped in a little cream cheese frosting I bought from the grocery store in the center of the donut. Then I drizzled the top with caramel sauce. Next I sprinkled a little pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish. Pairs well with a Caramel Macchiato!
Maple Pecan Pumpkin Spice Donut
This maple pecan pumpkin spice donut was so easy to make! Just mix together 1/4 cup butter and brown sugar in a small pan and whisk in 3 TB milk over medium heat. Mix for about 5 minutes until the sugar is dissolved and everything is incorporated. Next remove from the stovetop and add 2 tsp maple extract and 1 TB of corn syrup. Next add in 2 cups of powdered sugar (1/2 cup at a time) and whisk until smooth. Dip the top of the donut in the maple mixture. Then sprinkle finely chopped pecans on top while icing is wet. Serve with a brown sugar latte topped with whipped cream and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Chocolate Dipped Pumpkin Spice Donut
Melt chocolate candy coating according to package instructions and dip half of the donut in the melted chocolate. Immediately sprinkle with leaf sprinkles. Serve with a mocha topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
