Your little leprechauns will love these Pot of Gold Oreo Pops! An easy no-bake treat thats super fun to make! The kids will have a great time decorating these for a cute little snack to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!

You will need:
12 Fudge Covered Oreos
1 (16 oz.) can of chocolate frosting or melted chocolate
12 lollipop sticks
6 rainbow sour belt candies
72 mini green M&M’s
12 green jimmie sprinkles
72 yellow M&M’s

Directions for the Pot of Gold Oreo Pops:
Push a lollipop stick in the bottom of the cookie.
Using a sharp knife and in one motion, chop off the top part of the cookie to resemble a pot.
Cut the rainbow sour belts in half. Attach each end to the top of the cookie using frosting or melted chocolate so it forms a rainbow.
Using a toothpick dipped in frosting or melted chocolate, attach the 3 green mini M&M’s and the green jimmie sprinkle to the front of the cookie pop to resemble a clover.
Attach the 3 yellow M&M’s to the sliced part of the cookies under the rainbow with frosting or melted chocolate for the gold coins.
Tip: If the frosting isn’t holding the rainbow or you would like the candy to set up faster on the cookie pop, substitute melted chocolate for the frosting.
