These Orange Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes are so good and super easy to make too! And if you have ever had a cupcake for breakfast (it’s a real thing at out house) then you’ll love these!
You will need:
- 1 box orange cake mix with the ingredients listed on the box
- 2 tubes of refrigerated orange rolls
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juce
- 1/2 Tablespoon orange zest
Prepare the cake mix according to box instructions. Mix in the cinnamon, orange juice and orange zest. Fill muffin tins lined with cupcake wrappers halfway with batter and bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes
Slice each refrigerated orange cinnamon rolls in half horizontally
After 7 minutes, remove the cupcakes from the oven and place the cut cinnamon rolls on top
Continue baking for another 9 minutes or until tops are golden. Remove and cool completely. Drizzle the icing that was included in the refrigerated orange roll tube over the tops of the cupcakes.

- Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes
- Slice the refrigerated orange rolls in half horizontally and place on top of each cupcake
- Bake for another 9 minutes or until tops are golden
- Drizzle with orange icing that was included in the refrigerated cinnamon roll tube.
