These Lipton Onion Soup Mix Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are SO FLAVORFUL and SUPER EASY to make! Using deli roast beef and some onions, bell peppers, our favorite cheeses and Hawaiian rolls, these are always the hit of the party! You will need:
12 pack Hawaiian Rolls
Provolone cheese, sliced
American cheese, sliced
7 oz. package deli roast beef (I used Hillshire Farms Ultra Thin Roast Beef)
½ medium onion, sliced
½ green bell pepper, sliced
I clove garlic, minced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
1 packet of Liption Onion Soup Mix (1 ounce envelope)
½ cup butter, melted
Cooking spray
Olive oil

Directions for Onion Soup Mix Philly Cheesesteak Sliders:
First, slice the veggies and mince the garlic.
Next, heat the olive on in a skillet and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until onions are caramelized and the veggies are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
Now, thoroughly stir in the garlic and HALF of the onion soup mix packet (reserve the other half of the packet for the topping)
Then cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place in the bottom of a 2 quart rectangle baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Then place a layer of the Provolone cheese on top of the bottom rolls.
Next, layer on all of the roast beef on top of the cheese.
Now spread on the onion and pepper mixture on top of the beef. This is the BEST mixture for the Onion Soup Mix Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
Place the American cheese slices over the onions and peppers.
Next place the top rolls on the American cheese
Mix the melted butter and the other half of the onion soup mix packet together and pour over the top of the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

These are the best Philly Cheesesteak Sliders ever! Using roast beef deli meat, Hawaiian Rolls and Lipton Onion Soup mix. So easy to make and perfect for the big game or an easy family dinner!
