These Nilla Wafers Hamburger Cookies with York Peppermint Patties inside are just the cutest and SO FUN to make! They are no-bake and super easy to decorate using icing and fondant and you can even top them with sesame seeds!
They are the perfect dessert for picnics, for a BBQ or potluck. Super cute for 4th of July and family reunions. They are even great for the Big Game too! Everyone loves these adorable little hamburger cookies and kids love to make them too.
You will need:
20 Nilla Wafers
10 York Peppermint Patties
Green fondant (or green tinted shredded coconut)
Orange fondant
Yellow buttercream frosting (get my recipe here)
Red buttercream frosting (get my recipe here)
Mini flower cookie cutter
Fondant rolling pin
*optional toasted sesame seeds
2 – #2 icing piping tips and disposable piping bags

Directions for Nilla Wafer Hamburger Cookies
Roll out green fondant and cut a small flower shape using mini cookie cutter
Press the edges with your fingers so they look like lettuce leaves
Attach the lettuce on top of an upside down Nilla wafer cookie using buttercream frosting
Next cut out small squares from rolled out orange fondant for cheese.
Open up a York Peppermint Patty
Attach the cheese on top of the York peppermint patty with frosting and attach to top of fondant lettuce
Next pipe frosting around the edges of the patty.
Place a Nilla Wafer on top for the bun and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Now you have the cutest Nilla Wafers Hamburger Cookies!
Kids will love assembling these cute cookies. You can subsitute green tinted coconut flakes for the green fondant and roll out orange taffy for the cheese if desired. It’s so fun to create these cookies for kids parties, slumber parties or sleepovers. Great dessert idea or activitie for camping too

Cute mini no-bake hamburger cookies made from Nilla Wafers and York Peppermint Patties!
Ingredients
- 20 Nilla Wafers
- 10 York Peppermint Patties
