Can’t you just see these adorable no-bake Mini Spring Pound Cakes at your Easter celebration? They are so fun and easy to make, using Drake’s Mini Pound Cakes. Simply cut out, frost and sprinkle! The kids will love helping with this one!

Now these mini pound cakes from Drake’s Cakes are our absolute favorite snack cake. We just can’t get enough of these! They are great for making strawberry shortcakes, trifles, or just simply snacking on them!

You will need:

2 (10 oz.) boxes of Drake’s Mini Pound Cakes
Yellow, blue, pink and green sanding sugar sprinkles
Orange chocolate coated candies
White frosting (store-bought or homemade)
Directions for Mini Spring Pound Cakes:
First cut and oval shape out of the middle of a mini pound cake using a small oval cookie cutter to make the chick.

Next frost the top of the oval cake with white frosting

Then dip the cake into a small bowl of yellow sanding sugar sprinkles frosting side down making sure that the frosting is completely covered with the yellow sprinkles.


Now cut an orange chocolate coated candy in half.

Place the cut side down in the middle of the oval cake pressing it into the frosting.

Finally add the black sugar pearls to the cake for the eyes.

For the flower, cut the flower shape out of the middle of a mini pound cake using a small flower cookie cutter.

Next frost the top of the flower cake with white frosting and then dip the cake into a small bowl of sanding sugar sprinkles frosting side down making sure that the frosting is completely covered with the sprinkles.
Save the leftover cut pieces of cake to make a trifle or a strawberry shortcake!

- 2 (10 oz.) boxes of Drake’s Mini Pound Cakes

- Black sugar pearl sprinkles
- White frosting (store-bought or homemade)
- Mini oval cookie cutter
- Mini flower cookie cutter
Instructions
