These Little Debbie Mini Pumpkin Pies are SO GOOD! Move over Costco, Little Debbie has arrived with a perfectly portioned pumpkin pie just in time for the Fall season!

You will need:
Little Debbie Mini Pumpkin Pies
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1M piping tip
Disposable piping bag
Pumpkin spice
Refrigerated Pie Crust dough
Mini leaf and pumpkin cookie cutters
1 egg
1 TB water
Pastry brush

Directions:
Fill a piping bag fitted with a 1M piping tip with thawed Cool Whip. Pipe on a swirl in the middle of the mini pie and sprinkle with pumpkin spice.
Unroll refrigerated pie dough. Cut shapes out of dough using mini leaf and pumpkin cookie cutters.
Place cut out leaves and pumpkin on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Beat together 1 egg and 1 TB water and brush on top of the dough. Bake for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until light brown.
Cool completely, remove from cookie sheet and place in middle of the pie.
Now you have the PERFECT Mini Pumpkin Pies!
