MINI BROWNIE GARDEN

Easy Mini Brownie Garden is such a cute Easter dessert! Its a garden full of goodies for the Easter Bunny or to welcome Spring!

You will need:

  • Entenmann’s Little Brownie Bites
    Oreos
    Chocolate Frosting
    Green Candy Melts
    Mike & Ike candy (orange)
    Clover sprinkles
    Frosted flakes cereal or Corn Flakes
    Green Color spray mist
    Wilton icing flowers

Instructions for carrots:

1.  Frost tops of the Brownie bites with chocolate frosting, then sprinkle with crushed Oreos.

2.   Melt green candy coating according to package instructions.  Using a toothpick, put a small amount of the candy coating on the flat end of the orange Mike and Ike.  Place the shamrock sprinkle, stem side down on top of the coating and hold in place until set.

3.   Place 3 carrots in the brownie.

Instructions for lettuce:

1.  Frost tops of the Brownie bites with chocolate frosting, then sprinkle with crushed Oreos.

2.  Spread Frosted Flakes on parchment paper or foil.  Spray with green food color mist.  Let dry and turn over and spray again.

3. Arrange flakes on top of brownie so it resembles lettuce.

Instructions for flowers:

1.  Frost tops of the Brownie bites with chocolate frosting, then sprinkle with crushed Oreos.

 

2. Place Wilton icing flower on top.
