This Little Debbie Christmas Cake was so easy to make using Little Debbie North Pole Nutty Buddy Wafer Bars and Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes! It’s such a fun and festive cake to decorate and Little Debbie makes it simple by using their already decorated holiday treats!

You will need:
1 box Little Debbie North Pole Nutty Buddy Wafer Bars
3 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
8” double layer round cake, any flavor
White buttercream (you can use store-bought or get my recipe here)
#1M piping tip
12 mini gingerbread men, click here for my gingerbread cookie recipe
White royal icing, click here for my royal icing recipe
#1 piping tip
2 disposable piping bags
Red small round sprinkles
Starlight mints
Mini candy canes
White sparkling sugar sprinkles

Directions for Little Debbie Christmas Cake:
First frost the cake with white buttercream icing. You can use store-bought frosting or click here for my best ever buttercream frosting recipe.
Next trim the Little Debbie North Pole Nutty Buddy Wafer Bars to fit the cake sides going vertically.
Then decorate the gingerbread cookies with white royal icing using a #1 piping tip. Click here for my easy royal icing recipe. Add the red sprinkles for buttons. Click here for my gingerbread cookie recipe.
Now, place a trimmed Little Debbie North Pole Nutty Buddy Wafer Bar vertically on the side of the frosted cake. Then place a gingerbread man next to the wafer bar. Then put another wafer bar on the other side of the gingerbread man. Repeat until the side of the cake is decorated.
Next pipe some white buttercream frosting on top of each North Pole Nutty Buddy Wafer Bar using a 1M piping tip.
Then top each piped buttercream tip with a starlight mint.
Now place 3 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes on top of the cake.
Then, decorate the top of the cake with gingerbread man cookies, starlight mints and mini candy canes.
Finally sprinkle some white sparkling sugar sprinkles on top of the cake.
