This DIY Hula Hoop Wreath is such a beautiful decoration that is easy on the budget! Add some gold paint, ivy, flowers, wide ribbon and photos and you not only have a gorgeous wreath, but a keepsake as well!
First use an old hula hoop or purchase an inexpensive one at a discount or dollar store. Spray paint it gold and let dry.
Next wrap some faux ivy around the top and bottom of the hoop. It looks better if you offset it a bit. Secure with a glue gun.
Now attach any type of silk flowers to the hoop with a glue gun, or you can simply skip this step – it looks pretty with just the ivy too.
Attach wide ribbon to the hoop by cutting it to size and attaching it by folding it over the other side and gluing it with hot glue.
Attach photos with glue or print off photos on cardstock. Makes a beautiful decoration or keepsake for a wedding, shower, graduation, birthday or any special occasion!
