This honey cornbread recipe is so super easy to make! Really moist and great on it’s own or with my homemade kielbasa chili. Great as mini muffins for a fun game day appetizer too!

You will need:
1 (8.5 oz) box of Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ TB sugar
2 ½ TB honey
Cooking spray
9×9 baking dish or mini muffin pan

DIRECTIONS:
First, mix sugar with box mix in a large bowl with a fork, breaking up any lumps.
Next, in a small bowl, mix together the egg, milk, sour cream, oil and honey. Pour mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Now spray the baking dish or the mini muffin pan. Then pour the mixture into the dish or fill each muffin tin 2/3 of the way full.
For the baking dish bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
For the mini muffins, bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes

Easy honey cornbread recipe using Jiffy Cornbread mix! Super moist and fun to make into mini muffins for appetizers too!
