Key Lime Pie flavored Granola Bird Nests! Made with Sunbelt Bakery Key Lime Pie Chewy Granola Bars, these are the perfect way to welcome Spring! Just press half of a granola bar into a mini muffin tin and decorate!

You will need:

1 (8.27 oz.) box Sunbelt Bakery Key Lime Pie Chewy Granola Bars
Candy coated chocolate Easter eggs
Black and orange edible food markers
Directions for Granola Bird Nests:
First cut the granola bar in half. Then press the granola into a non-stick mini muffin tin cup. (you may heat the bar in the microwave for 2 to 5 seconds to soften if you wish).

Then remove from the muffin tin, it should pop right out.

Next toast the coconut either by warming it in a dry frying pan on medium heat or toast in the oven. Watch carefully, it will toast very quickly once it starts!

Place a small amount of coconut in the granola bar nests.

Now decorate the candy coated chocolate Easter eggs using the edible markers to make them look like little birds.

Place the birds on top of the coconut. You can simply place them inside or secure with a little frosting if you wish.

These little granola bird nests look so sweet in the middle of a plate on an Easter table setting, or place a group on a pretty glass covered cake plate for a centerpiece! They would even be adorable on top of an Easter cake or cupcake!

Cute 3 ingredient granola bird nests for Easter brunch using Sunbelt Bakery Chewy Granola Bars!
Ingredients
- 1 (8.27 oz.) box Sunbelt Bakery Key Lime Pie Chewy Granola Bars
- Sweetened shredded coconut
- Candy coated chocolate Easter eggs
- Black and orange edible food markers
- Non-stick Mini Muffin pan
