You will need:
Strawberries
Dark chocolate candy coating wafers or melted chocolate
Gold fondant
Graduation fondant silicone mold
Gold star sprinkles
#2 piping tip and disposable piping bag (*optional)
Parchment paper

Directions for Graduation Dipped Strawberries
First, press the gold fondant into the mold. Remove and place on parchment paper.
Next melt candy coating wafers according to package instructions.
Then dip the strawberries into the melted candy coating. Let excess drip off.
Place the onto parchment paper.
Place the remaining candy coating (you may have to reheat it a little) into a disposable piping bag with a #2 piping tip or just drizzle the candy coating over the strawberries using a spoon. Add star sprinkles.
Finally, place the fondant graduate lettering on the front of the strawberry while candy coating is still wet.
