These look great using ribbon in your grad’s school colors as well. I have made them for all of my sons’ graduation parties and open houses and this dessert is always the first to go. The light little cookies are just the perfect bite to start off the party right!

You will need:

Pirouline or Pirouette rolled wafer cookies

¼ “ ribbon, any color

scissors

Directions for Graduation Diploma Cookies:

Cut the ribbon into 4” strips

Tie the ribbon around the middle of the cookie and trim ribbon ends.
