These Graduation Charcuterie Pretzels are perfect for the ultimate Grad party or Graduation Open House! They are so easy to make using store-bought soft pretzels (from the freezer section at your local grocery store) and just add your favorite cheeses, meat and fruit or vegetables. Guests can just grab and go and snack while mingling! No plates required!

You will need:

1 box soft frozen pretzels
Dry salami
Cheese (I used Colby and white cheddar)
Green grapes
Raspberries
Blackberries
Graduation food picks – click on the link to purchase on Amazon
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Directions for Graduation Charcuterie Pretzels:
Prepare the pretzels according to package instructions. Cool completely before assembly.
Each pretzel will use 3 pieces of dry salami

Fold one piece of salami in half.

Then fold the salami again into fourths.

Skewer the salami on the graduation food pick – click on the link to purchase on AmazonĀ

Repeat with 2 more pieces of salami.

Cut the Colby cheese into cubes.

Using a small star cookie cutter, cut out star shapes from the white cheddar cheese.

Assemble the cheese on one side of the pretzel, the fruit on the other side and stick the salami skewer in the middle of the pretzel. Add a sprig of rosemary for garnish.
You can use whatever fruits, cheeses, veggies, nuts or meats you like. Mix them up and offer a variety of combinations.
