Graduation Cap Oreos

These graduation cap Oreos are super easy to make and they come together so quickly! You’ll love how they look on your Graduation Dessert Table or Grad Snack, Charcuterie, Dessert Board! Everyone loves these and since they don’t require any baking or fancy decorating skills, you can create these for a crowd and your grad and guests will love them.

You will need:

12 Oreo cookies

White candy coating wafers

Black fondant

Graduation cap silicone fondant mold

#2 piping tip and disposable piping bags (*optional)

Directions for Graduation Cap Oreos

First, press the black fondant into the mold. 

Remove and place on parchment paper.

Next melt candy coating wafers according to package instructions.

Then dip the Oreos into the melted candy coating and lift out with a fork, tapping off excess.

Now place the cookie onto parchment paper.

Place the remaining candy coating (you may have to reheat it a little) into a disposable piping bag with a #2 piping tip or just drizzle the candy coating over the cookie using a spoon.

Finally, place the fondant graduation cap in the middle of the cookie while the candy coating is still wet.

Now you have a classic Graduation Cap Oreo! You can even add sprinkles in your grad’s school colors or dip them in colored candy coating as well!

They look fantastic on a dessert table or a Graduation charcuterie snack dessert board too!
