These garlic snow peas are so good and only have a few ingredients! They are the perfect side dish for your Asian food like my Fried Beef Wontons! It’s such a colorful and clean dish, you’ll find yourself making this one over and over again!

You will need:
6 oz. fresh snow peas
½ cup chicken broth
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
Dash toasted sesame oil
½ tsp granulated sugar
3 minced garlic cloves
1 TB Canola oil

Directions for Garlic Snow Peas:
First sauté garlic in Canola oil for 30 seconds.
Next add in the fresh snow peas, sugar and chicken broth, cook until tender crisp 2-3 minutes
Then add the sesame oil and water chestnuts.
Serve with rice, wontons, or Korean ribs!
