You will need:
2 (16.3 oz.) cans refrigerated Original or Buttermilk Grands Southern Homestyle Biscuits
½ TB dried basil
½ TB dried oregano
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup butter, melted
1 TB fresh parsley
½ cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese
Cooking spray
Bundt pan or square baking pan
Directions for Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread:
First remove biscuits from the cans and cut each biscuit in quarters.
Next roll each biscuit quarter into a ball
Now combine the melted butter, basil, oregano and garlic in a small bowl
Then dip the dough balls into the butter mixture
Next spray the pan with cooking spray and place one layer of coated dough balls on the bottom.
Now, sprinkle the cheese over the dough.
Then put the final layer of dough balls over the cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 35-40 minutes or until dough is done.
Cool for 15 minutes and turn over onto a plate. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
