Candy Eyes
Strawberry Fruit by the Foot
Red Food Coloring Mist
Frosting or melted chocolate

First spray the fortune cookies with red food coloring mist. Let dry completely.
Next attach the eyes to the cookie with frosting or melted chocolate.
