Using refrigerated cookie dough makes them so easy and fun to make!
You will need:
16.5 oz. roll of Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Jolly Rancher hard candies ( I used Blue Raspberry, Green Apple & Watermelon)
Parchment paper

Directions for Easy Stained Glass Cookies:
First, knead the 1/4 cup flour into the cookie dough.
Next, roll out cookie dough and cut into circles with a cookie or biscuit cutter.
Now, with a round mini cookie cutter, cut out the center of the cookie dough and remove so there is a hole.
Place cookie on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Unwrap the candy and place one candy inside each hole – no need to crush the candy.
Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes until golden and candy is melted.
Cool on the parchment paper lined cookie sheet until the middle is hard and set
